Lynn is an independent board director, Chair & CEO with consumer packaged goods, family business, technology, e-commerce/digital, distribution, retail & start up expertise. She has strategic, branding & operating experience in 9 industries. Lynn is a board director of several privately held companies, has served on more than 10 boards and been a CEO for three companies. Recently, Lynn was named a "Top 20 Directors to Watch" by Private Company Magazine.

As an independent director, Lynn’s goal is to advise companies on how to further grow & sustain profitable businesses via digital disruption and brand building.  As a board member she helps guide company leadership to build a deep understanding of consumer and customer needs and meet those needs better than all competitors.

Her experience includes: executive roles in branding, operations and general management at PepsiCo & General Mills, 2 CEO roles for private equity-owned companies and CEO of an award-winning, global e-commerce business that she acquired and recently sold.

Currently she is the Governance Chair, a Compensation Committee member and former Audit Chair for third generation Abarta Coca-Cola Beverages. She is Board Chair of Nielsen-Massey Flavorings International, a third generation company that crafts nature's finest tasting vanillas and flavors. She also serves on the fiduciary boards of Rogers Corp., a polyurethane fabricator with manufacturing operations throughout the U.S. and Mexico, A. Duie Pyle Transportation, a family-held North American logistics and trucking operator and Vollrath Manufacturing, a family-owned manufacturer of food service and commercial equipment. Lynn first worked with Lodestone and still serves as an advisory board member of Martin Preferred Foods, a family-owned and run provider of proteins to the food service and retail industries.

Previously, Lynn was Board Chair for Talalay Global Mattress and a board member of visii.com, Kahiki Frozen Foods, Trophikos, Oskar Huber Furniture and Wachovia Bank's Middle Market Advisory Board.

Lynn is also a Managing Partner of The Feel Good Lab, helping the team bring innovative Natural Pain and Sports Recovery Creams to market, with recent test distribution at Target, Target.com and CVS.

She is a frequent speaker on family board governance, e-commerce, digital disruption at Family Business Consulting Group, Northwestern's Kellogg Business School Family Business Institute, NACD Director Professionalism courses and Annual Summit. Lynn's other speaking engagements have included e-commerce at Google summits, entrepreneurial challenges at Georgia Institute of Technology and the University of Pittsburgh and at many programs for Women Corporate Director and CT Technology Council. She serves on the board of the National Association of Corporate Directors, Connecticut Chapter and on the Young Presidents Organization (YPO Gold) Greenwich, CT Chapter.
