I have served in finance, operations, and CEO roles at a 114 year old, family owned business. I understand the family dynamic several generations removed from the founder, and can help companies potentially avoid some of the common pitfalls.
More generally, I understand clearly what creates intrinsic value for an organization, and what destroys it. Owners/executives sometimes become so invested in a transaction or project that they need a little help refocusing on the economics.
Functionally, I am an accounting and finance executive, and can help with capital markets and banking advice. I am adept at digesting financial statements, and finding the important issues or inconsistencies.
