Rahul has an understanding and experience of addressing the matters that may be hurled into the boardroom given today's environment of cyber security, activists, risk management, and talent shortages. Experienced CEO, Management Consultant and Investor, Rahul brings a strategic approach to Corporate Governance. Having lived and worked in several countries, Rahul has unique global, cultural and racial perspectives to understand customers, suppliers, and employees, especially in India and US. Rahul had deep expertise in strategy, operations, finance, risk and regulations. Work experience includes leadership roles at Accenture, Oracle, Thomson Reuters, CSC/DynCorp, The World Bank, IFC and Intelsat. Global experience includes working in a variety of management, operational, and technical positions in over 12 countries including US, Canada, Australia, Argentina, Brazil, Europe (UK, France, Switzerland, Denmark, Netherlands, and Brussels), Malaysia and India.
Prior Board experience at several tech companies including BioNetrix acquired by Citi, RivaCommerce acquired by Oracle, and LivePrint acquired by FedEx. Qualified to serve on Audit, Nominating and Governance, and Compensation Committees of public companies. Contribute to full Board discussions involving strategic review, emerging technologies, digitization, crisis management, CEO performance, risk management, customer engagement, exit planning, growth, globalization, M&A, alliances, finding sources of capital, and multi-cultural sensitivity. Rahul is a graduate of the Stanford/Booth Directors Consortium program for corporate directors of public companies. Rahul is fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi. He is dual citizen of US and India. Rahul lives in Northern Virginia and able to travel globally.
Rahul attended the advanced executive program at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He graduated from the International Business Program [EMBA Equivalent] at Georgetown Business School. Rahul graduated with a BA in Computer Science and Business in three years from Northwestern College, IA, USA. Rahul co-teaches Value Investing course at Georgetown Graduate School of Business where he also serves as Entrepreneur-In-Residence.
