Sandra Andrews is a strategic marketing, product and operations executive and strategist who delivers billion-dollar growth and transformation through innovative marketing, technology leadership and business development – all with an entrepreneurial spirit and contagious energy.

Sandra is currently on the board of Gene Juarez Salon and Spas, ten location, two school, $75 million annual revenue business. Gene Juarez is an iconic northwest brand for unparalleled service and education for more than 48 years. Her expertise in guest experience, technology and digital marketing are expanding their audiences and reinventing new revenue models. She is an independent board member brought on by Transom Capital in 2019 to re-invigorate and transform.

Sandra seeks an additional board position in a growing business with sights on IPO and fast expansion. She is motivated to have impact at scale leveraging her strong network across Microsoft, Amazon and leading retail industry agencies. She is quick to decipher and assess opportunities and guide businesses into the future. Her exceptional grasp of consumer trends, new business models and marketing strategies are an asset to any board room. Sandra's ideal board role would be U.S. based, in a company with an evolving business model transacting through a direct to customer app or technology. She is versed in ecommerce, mobile, VR/AR, streaming, eSports, and passionate for new and disrupting business models.

Her other experience includes supporting start-ups and angel investing. She is a TechStars (Amazon Alexa Fund) adviser, active member of Social Venture Partners and Athena Alliance and formally sits on the advisory board of VoiceItt, an AI & Machine Learning business that translates non-standard speech into recognizable input for Alexa, Siri, Google and other voice assistants.

Sandra's personal passion is in growing female youth in STEM. Making sure that "creativity" is captured in the expectations and inspirations of young girls as they crave the ability to create but don't inherently connect STEM with creativity. She has spearheaded partnerships with Girl Scouts, Mattel Barbie, Sephora, FabFitFun and many more in her pursuit of engaging experiences that impact and influence perception and create memorable IRL (in real life) hands-on experiences.
